Natalie Hausmann is a cologne based Film composer, Music producer and awarded Jazz musician. Since 2020 she has composed original scores for modern series and TV Shows e.g. „ETHNO“ // „Vierwändeplus“ //  „Start the fck up“ // as well as for the Amazon Prime Original Series „Perfekt Verpasst“ („The perfect Miss“). During the pandemic she has composed her most personal concert work:  „TOIVO“ for woodwinds & strings, recorded with Deutsches Filmorchester Babelsberg. Currently she is composing for series, collaborating for the 2nd time with Warner Brothers.

Although she considered to study Cinematography after school, she went with her early passion for music, graduating with a Masters degree in jazz saxophone, piano and woodwinds @Folkwang University of the Arts,Germany, playing afterwards in dozens of ensembles between Jazz, Classical music and Avantgarde. Her compositions are characterized by strong melodic themes, energetic rhythms and textured minimalism arranged for acoustic // synthetic instruments and during her film music journey she deeply fell in love with sample based HipHop, felt piano and acoustic strings. Within this creative diversity she aims to work in the field of Drama, Thriller and Arthouse.
