Maxi Menot

Ich bin eigentlich ganz anders, ich komme nur so selten dazu.

Maxi Menot is a Berlin-based composer and music producer working across film, TV, theatre, and recorded music. Her style blends orchestral, electronic, and pop influences, shaped by her classical training and studio expertise.

She has released over 30 albums — including three with the German Film Orchestra
Babelsberg — and scored award-winning films such as We Might As Well Be Dead (German Oscar pre-selection). In 2022, she received the first-ever Female Producer Prize.

Recent work includes the new sonic identity (Dachmarkensound) for Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR) and music for BR TV and podcasts. Maxi is also co-founder of the Female Composers Collective TRACK15 and runs the Edition B+.
